Full-month transaction export for Dart, split by flow (ACH/Wire/RTP, inbound/outbound) into the 32-column Victor format. Covers the last complete month.
A month browse scans every Victor transaction in the month — the scheduled run budgets 30 minutes for the same work, and a browse can time out well before that. Downloading the CSV runs the same scan again. The scheduled run writes the five recon files regardless.
Showing runs Temporal still retains.

Each run emails the Dart report recipients and uploads five per-flow CSVs to the Dart document center (Monthly Transaction Reports). A month has one scheduled fire — a missed one is not retried.
